
Kyle Brownell has been the horse racing handicapper and racing analyst for The Post-Star (Glens Falls, N.Y.) since 2002, and ranked as the top handicapper at the 2006 Saratoga race meet.
Brownell's presence in the horse racing industry extends to several media outlets as he is a regular television host on the Capital Off-Track Betting Television Network (Time Warner TV12), and appears frequently on "The Paddock Club," NYRA’s daily handicapping show broadcast live from Saratoga Race Course each racing day and fed to simulcast facilities across the country.
During the 36-day Saratoga meet, Brownell can be heard on a pair of upstate New York FM radio stations - WCKM "Oldies 98.5" and WCQL "Hits 95.9" - offering his analysis of the day's races.
Brownell has also been a panelist at racing seminars conducted at the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame and the Capital OTB Albany Tele-Theater.
Brownell resides in Hudson Falls, N.Y. and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
